"I had such a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I was surprised by how spacious everything felt. I loved the little complimentary touches like body cream, hair oil, and hair ties… so thoughtful! There are laundry machines on site, which made things really convenient, and I really appreciated that they can arrange luggage delivery straight to the airport (not all hotels do that). It’s about a 10 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, but...

"Good value for a stay for my family of 4. I rented a car and needed parking and wanted to be close Shinjuku. Mejiro is a short train ride to Shinjuku and hotel is short walk to Mejiro station. Parking lots nearby but hotel did not have its own parking. The Grace room was very big with 4 single beds with only downside being the small windows. Hotel is old but the bathroom had been renovated. Beds were comfortable with great duvet and decent pillows. Laundry room had new washer&dryer machines....

"The location is excellent, just a quick four minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, and there’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs which makes everything super convenient. The room was clean and had all the essentials, but the building itself feels a little rundown, especially the elevator and hallways. The lighting throughout the hotel is also quite dark, which gives it a slightly older feel. The bed was firm, which is pretty common in Japan, but from a North American perspective it might feel hard...
