As far as I can remember, I've never actually left a negative review on Expedia, but I feel I should warn everyone about this place. This property is literally falling apart. Usually, when people say "literally", they don't actually mean it, but I most definitely do here.
The bathroom tiles were cracked, the floor was creaking and uneven, there was a crack through the left side of the TV screen, and the exterior concrete stairs are so worn out that many have been replaced by ugly metal slabs. The wooden furniture was all heavily worn around the edges, as was the bottom of the bathtub.
The room also suffered from odd lack of electrical outlets. Two of the three lamps by the bed weren't plugged into anything, and there were no obvious outlets available where they might go. The microwave and coffee maker were likewise not plugged in. Though since no one had cleaned the microwave in a LONG time, that was probably for the best. If you wanted to charge your phone or other devices, the plug by the sink was the only option. Not ideal.
Then, for the icing on the cake, the bed was truly hard as a rock. I was reasonably tired from driving eleven hours that day, so I managed to sleep fairly well, but I'm sure that wouldn't be true for everyone. I really can't think of anything positive to say about my stay here. There are plenty of other motels in the area, and I have to imagine they're all better than this one.
