I really would like to give this place a higher rating, if not for the frustrating interactions with the staff's "English as a second language". I only only speak English, so that is not unusual, but frustrating!
The overall facility exceeded my expectation for the price!
BIG room, nicely equipped, comfortable, quiet, modern, etc.
BUT...
When we checked in and I was having an internet connection problem. I started to use the phone, only to find that there wasn’t one!
The toilet seat was VERY loose and the hair dryer switch was broken. The only way to use it was to press the red button on the wall plug to start it and the yellow button to stop it. That meant no night light in a very dark bathroom at night.
I wrote down all of the problems and gave them to the night clerk when we went out to dinner.
Thursday morning, the front desk man told me that they were getting a new phone system ‘soon’, so I could not get a phone!!!
Thursday evening, when we returned to our two rooms, the key cards would not work. The original clerk had only enabled them for ONE DAY!!
We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday and SOME of the problems were not fixed until late Friday afternoon, even though I told the desk clerk every morning and every evening!
I loved the place, but the people? Not so much!
That being said I would book again and know that interactions with the different staff member could be difficult.
