"I stayed 10 days and my room was cleaned up only once. Staff informed me that if I need to have my room cleaned up more often I need to inform them the evening before.
I don’t think that was the right way to serve a guest for the price that was paid.
Fire alarm turned on at 7:00am and the whole building was evacuated because of a false alarm.
Nobody said a word Sorry about that incident.
The room was a non-smoking, but I constantly felt smoke from the bathroom, especially from the towels."

"The hotel is very near the Central Station so it is very to get there from the airport on the U-Bahn. It's obviously ideal fore people arriving by train. Spacious room with a view over the Koenigstor. Nice to find a room with a bath tub. It is quite easy to stub your toe at the entrance to the bathroom. We had to cover the area with the bath mat. (This is a problem which we have encountered in other hotels.) Odd that they provided only one bath robe when two people were booked in and the...
