"A very nice hotel in Vienna close to the center and public transportation (railway, tram, subway). Great breakfasts."

"I was very unhappy with the hotel, the only thing I liked was the location. The hotel was so small (we reserved for 4 people) we had very small beds but not enough room for our luggage. The bathroom was renovated but the temperature control was terrible that i almost burned myself while taking a shower. We had bugs and even we reserved 3 nights, we moved to another hotel after 1st night."

"The property is close to the Vienna hbf train station and Belvedere . It is clean but not much by way of amenities. Room is sparse and has one soap for hair , body and face . The stay was okay but expected a bit more . If you are on a budget and don’t mind loud decor and almost no amenities , this is an okay place"

"Room ok - only stayed two nights. There was a chip in the bottom of the sink which gave the impression it hadn't been cleaned properly until you realised it was chipped and the plug wasn't working properly. Light at one side of the bed not working - plug on the other side not working. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. States black out curtains but light filtered through the top. Buffet style breakfast which was average - could do with 2 coffee machines to help reduce queuing time. Staff very polite. Location good - very near the station and underground. "

"The hotel is in walking distance to the central train station, there is the D line tram very close by which takes you to many of the tourists spots in Vienna. The room is large with basic shower, a small table, hair drier and comfortable beds, very basic nothing luxury. Housekeeping needs to be requested the night before with the front desk. Very friendly people at front desk who speaks perfect English. "
