"The resort was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly….remembering all our names, taking time to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. The restaurants offered a wide choice of food. I would definitely recommend the outrigger for a family vacation."

"Weird configuration of furniture. Whole place around pool needs a water blast which would make such a difference, also less bleach in pool. All grubby. Air con in odd place in room Light not working in bathroom. A not happy happy hour. Not a happy lady and not happy price tags and a terrible cocktail. What made it even more not great was the kava group, who were fine to start the evening with but then changed to a big group of older men, who weren't staying at the resort. Very loud....

"Unfortunately, our experience at The Beach House was quite disappointing. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, and the food was quite average. The room was also very dark and unfortunately had cobwebs, which made it feel like it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, we expected a much better experience and were disappointed with the quality of the service, food, and room. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests"
