Old hotel but very nicely refurbished inside. Immaculate room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast in conservatory. Hotel situated in a lovely quiet residential area with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bagnoles

Disappointing.

Reception not covered, had to 'phone for check-in. No English spoken, bar and restaurant closed. Have stayed in past several times, it was a great hotel, now under new ownership, will never stay again, very disappointed.

Hôtel désert de personnel ! Chambre avec odeurs de renfermées, décoration très ancienne et une salle d'eau vétuste et joints de douche sales. Maigre consolation : petit déjeuner correct avec une vielle dame agréable et souriante pour nous servir. 95 euros est bien trop cher pour la prestation.

Très bon séjour au Nouvel Hôtel . L'accueil est très aimable et discret. La chambre située sur le jardin était très propre , confortable et au calme. Le repas était délicieux , servi avec attention. Je reviendrai dans cet établissement pour mieux découvrir la région.
