"We were pleasantly surprised how nice this facility is. Our room had a lake view that was totally awesome. Unfortunately it rained the day we were there but it didn't dampen our experience. After a short road trip to see the Cabot trail, we stayed in our room and enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful view. The room was spacious and very clean. The lodge is short 5 minute drive to Baddeck. Which offers many excellent dining options and is a charming village. "
