An administrative nightmare. I booked rooms through Expedia and twice sent a rooming list direct to the hotel (which was acknowledged) with all guest details and room allocations, however the information was not entered into their system and when my colleagues arrived late (we were competing on Portugal Rally so technicians, engineers working into the night) they were told there were not enough rooms. Colleagues had to share 3 to a room when accommodation had been booked and paid for well in advance and my contact details had been shared several times. I tried to sort this out the following morning, in person at the hotel reception, which was a difficult process and still not successful. I would not recommend the hotel for a business group booking, they don't have the resource to cope with the booking process and it caused a lot of issues.
