Beautiful property with a massive room big enough for 6 people comfortably. The temperature was quite hot so it was necessary to sleep with the windows open. Being situated on a Main Street through town made for a fairly noisy nights rest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to a station and under 10 mins waking. I had a burger and beer on the property and everything was good! Came as a solo female traveler and never felt unsafe. Would definitely recommend!

The location was a small town. Lots of walkable shopping. The hotel was quaint, affordable, staff was super nice and very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel. It was very good. We only started one night, wish we would have stayed longer to check out the area more. The thermal spa was worth a visit!! Highly recommend!

We were greated by Cody & he was great! Helped us with our bags from our car and gave us a great rundown of the amazing property and the surrounding area. Dinner at the hotel was amzing. They are doing a lot of renovations on this 1575 home, turned hotel. But once it is done this property will be unbelievably. We rented the family suite & it was larger than my 1st house..lol. totally recommend this propterty. We were able to walk into Germany & back to Switzerland in 20 mins or less across the beautiful Rhine river

While all the staff were friendly and accommodating, we particularly appreciated the head waiter. He helped us with our German and answered lots of questions about staying in Switzerland. He is a gem.

We were a group of 6 and booked a two-bedroom apartment for 2nights, which exceeded all our expectations. It had two huge king-size beds, a spacious living room, and a large, clean bathroom. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. Honestly, we think we may have been upgraded because the apartment was far better than what we saw in the photos. If not, then the photos definitely don’t do the place justice—consider updating them on Expedia! The service was exceptional. We spent the evening in their beautiful garden restaurant, and even after closing time, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable by setting up large candles so we could stay until 2 a.m. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this place. It’s just 25 minutes from Zurich and 20 minutes from the airport—super convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Easily a 5-star experience!

Dark uncomfortable room

Laborious check in on line with a digital key required. Single room overlooked and inner courtyard and was dark, uncomfortable bed with one soft pillow. Refurbished bathroom was good though. Minimalist approach to interacting with guests! Breakfast was put out and guests were left to it, nothing was replenished. Soul less breakfast room with no windows. Poor coffee, no orange juice no croissants of any description. Courtyard downstairs is a mess. Pictures are not representative! Room should have been 60 euros not 109 euros.

Der Empfang ist sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Das Familienzimmer ist top, sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer dagegen sehr klein und sehr primitiv eingerichtet. Da wir jeden Tag ins Thermalbad gingen mussten wir zum Glück nie darin duschen. Erstaunt und enttäuscht hat uns, dass die Betten nie gemacht wurden und die zum Wechseln abgelegten Badetücher nicht ersetzt wurden (wir mussten am Empfang darum bitten). Im Restaurant war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit für unsere Kleine die ganz ohne Gluten essen muss. Es gab immer eine entsprechende Lösung und sogar glutenfreie Brötchen.
