"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "It was a very good hotel with this price, rewe is in vicinity and you can buy everything you need. The only thing I did not like was some unreal explanations about room, based on room description it was supposed to have a partial view to bodensee, but was not met, and bathroom facilities was not complete."

"The Hotel was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Design is very nice, everything was super clean, the beds were really comfortable. The check in and communication was super easy and quick. As it was quite hot in the room (top floor) in summer, it would have been nice to have a fan of some sort. We will definitely come back and try out the breakfast. Thank you."

"A traditional German gasthof with modern amenities. The high point is the view of the Austrian and Swiss Alps and the magnificent sunrise! Nice welcoming reception and excellent breakfast with something for everyone! The honeycomb is a highlight! Very much recommend this place if you have the time to enjoy the beautiful setting."

"Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend. "

"We happened to get to the hotel at around 10am and the staff was very helpful in setting up us with a room near the elevator as well as keeping our luggage so we could explore the city. When we got to the room, we were surprised at how large it was and had windows on two sides since we were put into a corner room. We only stayed one night but the hotel is right on the waterfront and nearby to everything needed."
