Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen

Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksraum sehr geräumig und tolles Ambiente. Frühstück super hergerichtet mit großer Auswahl. Hotelzimmer war gut, großer Fernseher und das Bad eine schöne Größe. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Balkon ist nicht zu den anderen Zimmern abgetrennt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Sehr schlechte Information zum Parkplatz. - Leider haben wir nur zum Einschecken nicht auf den reservierten Hotel-Parklätzen geparkt und wurden nicht informiert, das wir dann Parkgebühren an die Parkplatzbetreiber zahlen müssen. Wir haben später dann auf dem Hotelparkplatz geparkt - somit haben wir an das Hotel Euro !5,-- und an die Parkplatzbetreiber Euro 48,-- gezahlt. Eigentlich wollte die Rezeption das klären ? ? ?

Geht so

Das Hotel liegt schräg gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Mein Fenster zeigte dorthin und man hört trotz geschlossener Fenster vorbeifahrende Züge (auch ICE´s mit hoher Geschwindigkeit). Schlimmer aber war ein Geräusch was wohl der altersschwache Fahrstuhl von sich gab. Dieses war echt nervend. Frühstücjk habe ich nicht genossen, weil 25,- Euro dann doch zuviel sind. Die Tiefgarage ist öffentlich und direkt darunter für 15,-/Nacht auf den Mercure-Stellplätzen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob öffentliche Plätze nicht wesentlich billiger sind. Die Bettdecke ist schwer und unhandlich. Die Lage ist günstig für Restaurants.

Hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus und das Dach direkt unter dem Fenster lud nicht ein das Fenster nachts offen zu lassen. Der Ventilator/ Klimagerät konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es keine Vorichtung gab um den Schlauch aus dem Fenster zu hängen. Ausserdem war keine Steckdose in der Nähe des Fensters sodass die Entfernungen zu weit waren das Gerät abzuschließen

Mitarbeiter mega👍👍👍👍👍👍!!!! Frühstücksbuffet 👍👍👍👍👍👍!!!! Für mich persönlich, war die Umgebung gegenüber des Bahnhofs und ein Wettbüro als Nachbarn, beklemmend, ein Spiegel aller Facetten des Lebens. Ansonsten direkt an der Fußgängerzone und unweit vom wunderschönen Park.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit freundlichen Service beim Empfang. Parkmöglichkeiten in einer Tiefgarage mit Einfahrt in der Nähe des Hotels und direktem Lift in die Lobby. Die Fußgängerzone ist nur einige Meter entfernt. Einrichtung ansonsten zweckmäßig.
