Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar.

Leider standen wir vor einer verschlossenen Tür und es gab auch keinen Hinweis, wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen. Sehr ärgerlich

Die Reise diente der Entspannung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Großes Bett und gemütliche Couch. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Dusche war ebenfalls groß. Im allgemeinen kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen zumal es in fußläufiger Umgebung viele Restaurants gibt in denen man leckere Speisen zu fairen Preisen bekommt

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Check in hat ohne Probleme im citiy hotel bosse geklappt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Fruhstucksbuffe im citiy hotel für 13 war super. In allem sehr zu empfehlen
