I liked location. I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and the trash to be taken out. During our stay, 6 noghts they did not clean the bathroom once, changed sheets or vacuumed at all.

Bei unserer Ankunft war an der Rezeption niemand anwesend. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt alt und wenig gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt und bietet nur wenige Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Sauna ist in schlechtem Zustand. Das Haus entspricht eher einer Kureinrichtung als einem Spa-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind im veralteten Stil gehalten und die Teppiche wirken stark abgenutzt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und es liegt weder Hand- noch Duschseife bereit. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Die gesamte Anlage macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Unkraut wächst unkontrolliert in der ganzen Anlage. Im Service kein deutschsprachiges Personal. Schade , in der Anlage steckt mehr Potential.😥

Fotos snyder, værelset var slidt og kedeligt, dog rent. Indcheckning lørdag eftermiddag foregik via en automat , intet personale hvis man havde spørgsmål eller klage . God morgenmad. Ingen park, som der ellers står, der skal man ned i byen, ca 2 km ned. + 10 € for at parkere. Kan ikke anbefale stedet.

Das Zimmer war sauber und soweit in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war neuwertig renoviert. Auch wenn es ein älteres Gebäude ist, war die Übernachtung gut. Abzüge gibts beim Check in und beim Frühstück. Anreise ab 14 Uhr, Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und man muss sich erst mal auf die Suche nach Mitarbeitern machen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber mit nur einem Mitarbeiter völlig unterbesetzt. Zu wenig Geschirr und beim auffüllen dadurch sehr langsam und teilweise überfordert.

Fin overnatningsmulighed.

Fint ophold som opfyldte vores basale behov. Hotellet er lidt slidt og det ligner at gæsterne er nogle der er kommet der fast i en menneskealder og mine børn og jeg blev måske set lidt skævt til, fordi de friske vandplask i den lille pool var uvante. Personalet var meget søde, hjælpsomme og tålmodige for en dansker der havde rejst i Italien, Østrig og Schweiz og som også synes hun skulle blande Fransk ind i sit gebrokne skoletysk.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. die Bilder bei Expedia zeigen ein anderes Bild. Abends keine Rezeption besetzt. CheckIn nur durch Terminal. Die Empfangshalle ist zugeklebt mit DIN A4 Zetteln die sich im Rest des Hotels auch wieder finden. Wichtige Info wie WLan Passwort sucht man vergeblich. Das angebotene Abendessen ist für diese Qualität überteuert und das Frühstückbuffet ist qualitativ auch nicht besser. Das Zimmer ist wegen seines alters schmuddelig aber Augenscheinlich sauber. Das einzig positive ist das Badezimmer, was neu gemacht wurde und im guten und sauberen Zustand war. Ich war geschäftlich dort und kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Man hat das Gefühl es wird an allen Ecken extrem gespart.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war nur mittelmäßig. Es gab weder kleine Seifen noch Shampoos. Eine Minibar und einen Wasserkocher sowie Teebeutel oder Kaffeetütchen, wie in vielen Hotels üblich, haben wir sehr vermisst. Sehr schlecht war vor allem der Zimmerservice mit Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Dieser hat erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage und Eigenorganisation durch uns als Gäste und nur einmal während der ganzen Urlaubswoche stattgefunden. Wir mussten uns trotz unserer diesbezüglichen Reklamation an der Rezeption größtenteils selbst um neue Handtücher und die Leerung der Müllbeutel kümmern. Die Betten wurden auch nur ein einziges Mal gemacht. Das war einfach nicht zu fassen. Wir fahren seit über 30 Jahren in Hotels, haben so etwas aber noch nicht erlebt. Das Büffet war leider auch sehr mittelmäßig. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Wer den leicht angeranzten Charme eines völlig verbauten 70 Jahre Hotels mag, wird sich dort in einer gut gehaltenen Originalkulisse wohlfühlen. Schön ist, das es Hundezimmer gibt. Nicht schön ist, dass diese direkt über der Küche liegen. Das ist sehr laut. Vom hinteren Parkplatz durch die Gänge, Lifte und Übergänge ins vordere Hotel zu kommen ist ein Abenteuer und dürfte für ältere Menschen schwierig sein. Es gibt zwei Weinautomaten im Haus aber keinen für Snacks. Wie gesagt ein spezielles Hotel, das es so sicher nicht mehr lange geben wird. Es wirkt wie ein Relikt aus vergangener Zeit.

Sehr kleines Bad mit kleiner Dusche. Waschbecken und Beleuchtung im Bad für Nassrasierer nur bedingt geeignet. Positiv die Gepäcktransportwagen im Eingangsbereich. Rezeption auf Grund Personalmangel (Auskunft der Rezeptionistin) besetzt. Gästekarte nur für zwei Personen statt für drei, auf Grund personeller Nichtbesetzung leider nicht änderbar. Sehr gute Auslaufmöglichkeit für Hunde direkt hinter dem Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und reinigt nicht täglich die Zimmer. Auch der Handtuch und Bettwäschenwechsel erfolgt nicht täglich, das fanden wir sehr gut.

Für den Wasserrohrbruch, d.h. keine Heizung und kein warm Wasser,kann das Hotel nichts... Die Zimmer waren sehr sparsam und lieblos eingerichtet (243)... nicht mal ein Bild an der Wand...

Insgesamt ok mit 80er Feeling.

Das war mal ein nettes Hotel, die Einrichtung ist halt in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt sauber. Alte Tapeten sind ja nicht leicht zu ersetzen, aber die Balkonstühle wären sicher drin. Haben Pool/Sauna nicht genutzt, Frühstück insgesamt noch ok, der Kaffee und insbesondere der Saft (Vitalhotel!) haben enttäuscht.

Paradies für Rentner

Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht obwohl wir zu Beginn von einen älteren Herren an der Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüßt wurden. Er gab uns die Schlüssel und wir konnten unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war recht klein, was aber kein Problem war. Ein Schild stand auf dem Schreibtisch das das Zimmer ein Tierhaarfreies Zimmer sei. Der Gestank nach Hunden und die unzähligen Tierhaare die im Zimmer und Badezimmer verteilt waren, ließen darauf schließen das dieses Schild je nach Kundenwunsch von Zimmer zu Zimmer weitergereicht wird. Einen Zimmerservice gab es das ganze Wochenende nicht. Wir hatten eine Zerbrochene Nachtischlampe neben unserem Bett stehen was direkt nach Ankunft bemängelt, leider aber nicht behoben wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr auf ältere Menschen ausgelegt, ansonsten aber ok. Leider wurde sich kaum bis gar nicht an die Corona Hygiene regeln gehalten, weder vom Personal noch von anderen Gästen. Der Check-Out lief leider gar nicht gut. Die ältere Dame an der Rezeption wollte, obwohl ich das Hotel im Voraus bezahlt habe, trotzdem den vollen Hotelpreis in Bar haben. Nach mehrmaligen Zeigen der Mail und der bestätigten Buchung von Hotel.com hat sie es akzeptiert. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicher nicht wieder buchen. Wer allerdings älterer Generation (70 oder älter) wird mit diesem Hotel bestimmt zufrieden sein.
