The staff was very friendly and helpful and the area was great. The spa at the hotel is excellent, as is the restaurant/bar.

Solide, aber veraltet mit diversen Schwächen

Wetterbedingt war unser Aufenthalt nicht optimal, dafür oft den Wellnessbereich genutzt. Dieser ist vielfältig, mehrere Pools und Saunen etc. , aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Extra Saunatücher nur auf Nachfrage. Kosmetik nur freitags vorhanden. Keine Bettenauflagen. Die renovierungsbedürftigkeit setzt sich überall fort (Zimmer, Betten, gesamte Einrichtung) für 5 Sterne wirkt das Haus ziemlich veraltet. Service zwar bemüht, aber verbesserungsfähig. Dass es im Hotel keinen, und erst in 1,5km Entfernung den einzigen Radverleih gibt, war eine weitere Enttäuschung.

Hübsche Zimmer, ausbaufähiger Service

Schöne Anlage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Qualität der Speisen stark verbesserungswürdig für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Service bemüht, aber unprofessionell. Lage und Zimmer sind wunderschön. Aufgrund des humanen Preisniveaus durchaus empfehlenswert, wenn man in der Gegend ist, man sollte seine Erwartungen aber entsprechend anpassen. Der Preis ist kein Schnäppchen sondern bildet den Qualitätsunterschied zu hochpreisigeren Häusern angemessen ab.

Tutto perfetto, lo sci, le terme, il personale, il ristorante e la camera. L'unica pecca è la temperatura eccessiva della camera, 26-27 °C di notte, che ci costringeva a dormire con le finestre aperte: un vero spreco di energia. Nonostante avessimo fatto presente al personale addetto dell'eccessivo caldo, il problema non è stato risolto.

Superb Hotel! there are not many hotels I would like to go back, as it is a big world, and we always like to try new things, but this one is the one we would go back! We had a family skiing holiday in the hotel for a week. The hotel is well located next to the skiing school, bus stop is by the door to take you to many different slopes. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoon, while I went for the hot spring, saunas and spa treatment. Staff are super friendly and helpful: the first day my daughter forgot her ski jacket in the room while we were on top of the hill, I called the reception, and someone went to the room, got the jacket and delivered to her! Food is fantastic too! I am a fussy eater, but I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Main course was served separately every evening, with a selection of choices; whilst the rest were a big selection in buffet. A posh, smart hotel, and also warm with a family touch. It's perfect, cannot fault it!

Erstklassiges Service, angenehmes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, grosses Thermalareal plus Sauna. Wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Wenn die Hotelleitung noch jene Gäste in den Griff bekommt, die sich um die Hausordnung im Thermal- und Spabereich nicht scheren und den anderen damit den Genuss nehmen, ist es perfekt

Enastående anläggning med en ypperlig service och kvalitet. Det enda negativa var lite väl hårda sängar samt väl stressad restaurangpersonal... man kom med notan innan vi hunnit beställa dessert. Men i övrigt en äkta 5-stjärnig vistelse, kommer säkert att komma tillbaka!
