Great Hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Best part is the breakfast. Location is very convenient in the center of the city. Especially the "Taunus Therme" is within walking distance.

The hotel is next to a nice park and close to many shops; an excellent italian restaurant is across the street and the hotel restaurant was also great; the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was kind, patient and very professional and helpful; they heated gluten free bread for my friend every morning which was a nice and unexpected perk; the hotel staff was also very helpful and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend this hotel without reservations; we visited the bar in the evening and the staff there was also excellent

Stayed a few nights after discharge from hospital while waiting to enter Kur. Staff was great understanding our needs and went overboard in assisting my wife and I. Morning buffet was well stocked and enjoyable. Dinner choices were somewhat limited but food was always great. We will consider this hotel again, hopefully under better conditions with regards to my health.

Nice hotel but don´t forget any belongings when checking out, as the hotel will need one week to conclude that they "unfortunately did not find the your items", although you describe exactly what and where you forgot them, as soon as you realized what you left behind. At least the staff should now have some really up to date running gear...

Mixed experience.

Booking my room was problematic, which resulted in unnecessary confusion at check-in. Check-out also was unnecessary problematic, with an incorrect bill. That all said, the hotel corrected all issues, but patience was needed. The pool was closed. Breakfast was nice and had all the items one would want. The hotel is in the center of things and the park opposite was lovely to walk after a busy day at work. My room was large, comfortable and had plenty of natural light. The shower wasn't great, as it was never hot enough. I would stay again, if no other options available.

Nice hotel that I have used in the past and will use in the future. When I have business in Frankfurt I prefer to stay in Bad Homburg, because it's quieter and you can reach the big city in 20 minutes.
