Nice hotel, relatively isolated

This hotel is nice but quite isolated however if you came to relax here its not a problem as you have 2 pools to choose from and 3 Saunas. Breakfast was good and with many choices but if they had a toaster for the bread and olive oil that would have made the Breakfast from good to excellent.

Booked this spa hotel for my sons 30th birthday We organised it as a complete surprise and the hotel went above and beyond the service level to make it memorable for my son and daughter-in-law law (and wife) Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they did the best they could do for us The whole team were excellent If we were to visit the area again it would be our first choice The value of the room rate was very reasonable Could not fault anything

Vielfältige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Schade, dass zwischen 18 und 21 Uhr die Snackkarte an der Bar nicht verfügbar ist. Suiten wunderbar, ausreichend groß und sehr gepflegt. Gute Konditionen für die naheliegenden Golfplätze. Wellnessbereich mit nur 2 Duschen etwas klein, aber dafür 2 große Pools. Unser Hund Kalle wurde sehr verwöhnt, er wollte gar nicht gehen 😉. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay. Kaffeeauswahl und Brötchen super. Spa sehr schön, Liegen zum Ausruhen wie so oft sehr knapp, manchmal auch vorbelegt. Haustiere zum Glück nicht anwesend Wir hatten eine schöne Suite, die war sehr gemütlich.

Perfekter beruflicher Aufenthalt

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, beim Check-in wurde mein beruflicher Aufenthalt bei der Zimmerauswahl berücksichtigt. Toller Spa Bereich mit guten Öffnungszeit, das Gym ist durchgehend geöffnet. Für einen perfekten Start in den Tag sorgt das umfangreiche Frühstück. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel, sauberer Wellness- und Poolbereich. Liegt etwas abseits, daher sehr ruhig. 10 Gehminuten in die Stadt. Allerdings dort alles sehr beschaulich.

Familienurlaub

Im Hotel sind die Zimmer noch mit einem sehr verbrauchten Teppich versehen. Teilweise völlig abgewetzt. Die Betten sind auch ziemlich durch. Die Reinigung findet nur auf Wunsch statt, allerdings auch nicht gründlich. Der Service beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. An der Reception - bis auf einen Herrn - sind die Damen unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Gleiches gilt für eine Mitarbeiterin im Spa Bereich. Für die Liegewiese gibt es zu wenig Liegen bzw. die vorhandenen werden ganztägig mit Handtüchern belagert , obwohl keiner kommt.

Es war ok… Mit diesem Urteil wurde sich auch an der Rezeption zufriedengegeben als ich abreiste. Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, Handicap-Bad ohne Handicap, schwankende Wassertemperatur, mangelnder Wasserdruck… Dafür toller Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal und sowas alles.

Gut für 1-2 Uebernachtungen

Das Aunhamer ist ein gutes 3* Plus Hotel an dem es noch einiges zu verbessern gäbe. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die Nerven, angefangen dass man bei Check-in einen Tisch bestellt für das Abendessen, man im Restaurant dann gar nichts davon weiss. Angeblich sollte das Personal immer wieder mal ein Up-Date machen was anscheinend nicht ausgeführt wird. Im Restaurant und wir sprechen ja von einem 4 Sterne Hotel wird vorwiegend Selbstbedienung Buffetbetrieb angeboten und auf der Speisekarte ist das A la Carte sehr klein, was nicht stört wenn man da nur 1-2 Nächte verbringt. Das Frühstückstbuffet entspricht ebenfalls nur einem 3* Haus. Praktisch keine Auswahl an Käse, nur Scheiblettenkäse aus dem Supermarkt. Anstelle von Weichgekochten 3 Minuten Eiern gibt es hatgesottene durchgekochte Eier. Rühreier viel zu lange gekocht und richig gestockt. Ansonsten Supermodern, was die Getränke wie Saft ,Tee ( viele Sorten ) und Kaffee anbelangt. Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten gut jedoch stört die Dusche die ja im Zimmer plaziert ist und das nervige Abluftgerät. Ansonsten ist es da sehr ruhig, allerdings ohne Aussicht da das Hotel in einer Einfamilienhaus Zone steht, abseits vom Zentrum. Im Hause gibt es dafür eine sehr schöne Wellnessanlage mit Schwimmbad die wirklich einem 4* Haus entspricht. man bekommt 2 Badetücher mit Tasche, aber ein Badetuchwechsel in der Wellnessanlage ist nicht möglich weil keine da sind. Auch eine Kleinigkeit die man ohne grosse Kosten beheben sollte. Garage günstig.

Der Aufenthalt im Aunhammer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Geschmackvolles Foyer, das Lust macht das Hotel zu erkunden. Das Persona ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kulinarisch bietet das Aunhammer morgens ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und abends kann man zwischen einem Buffet und a la carte wählen. Der Spa Bereich bietet drei Saunen und zwei Pools. Im heißen Pool zu entspannen während ringsherum der Schnee lag und es schneite, war das Highlight. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn sich die Gelgenheit dazu bietet.
