"Very clnvenient for accessing all the major sites. Easily accessed from the train station. Rooms were spacious and emaculate. Richard and Jasmin were so welcoming and willing to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here. Richard even fixed the wheel of our suitcase!"

"Our stay was wonderful, the views were breathtaking and the room was in tip top shape. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast that was served, worth the fee, and had an overall wonderful stay. The only issue we had was to do with the heat. Our room was on the top floor and we visited in the summer, so very very warm. This was more a problem from the insane heatwave going on than from the hotel itself. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite a few warm nights."

Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening and it is not too noisy compared to Hallstatt city which I like this place. Just one disappointment that the hotel unable to issue me the tourist public transportation pass. He said he can only do it if I stay 3 nights, which I feel a bit unfair. Thus, I need to take bus which cost €2.80 each way to go Hallstatt city."
