"Was not the 4 star they list as but it is a decent country place with nice grounds. We were given the wrong room type for our second room (instead of balcony a small window facing back) , restaurant was okay but out of all beef and pork at 630-7pm so that was disappointing. Linens were low quality for a 4 star and pillows really small. The singer at bar was honestly the worst I have heard in my many travels to Ireland. Staff really nice. If you get it inexpensive might be good otherwise there...

"The car park is a very cramped underground area. The toilet broke during our (one night) stay. The shower was either extremely cold or extremely hot. Church bells nearby ring every 15 minutes from early morning to quite late at night. The location is in the centre of town. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. "The hotel was located in a quiet small town, although its remote the Hotel was well maintained in terms of parking, restaurant, room size and breakfast option. Overall it was okay, except the property also bar right under the hotel rooms, The music was so loud we could hear and couldn't sleep. Went to reception couple of times to complain but there was no use as its the part of the Hotel and they had license to run the music until 2 AM in the morning. "The hotel itself is very good...very quiet place..did not use the Spa but looked impressive. The breakfast was really good, I also dined in the 'Terrace' also good. Only thing was the 'Sadlier' bar was closed (on a Thursday) which I thought was strange given the hotel was fairly full. The room was very spacious , a little dated decor but nice nevertheless. I would return here."
