"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."

"It's always the 1st and the best choice when coming back to Haiphong Van Gao street, decent breakfast, great stuff, enjoy the comfy bed and quiet room, free mini bar"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay"

"This is my third stay at the Watson premium hotel in the last 3 years. Our room has a balcony which faces the ocean is really nice. The comfy king size bed with a clean room is a big draw for us. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Location is good as it is close to food, coffee places and amenities. Our buffet breakfast is recommended. They offered a good variety and quality. We love to stay at the hotel every time we go to Halong bay."

"The hotel is a 5 star hotel. Very nice. We would come back and we just bocked the other Radisson red in Da nang."
