"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were superb and always on hand to help. We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help. Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"

"Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is exceptional value for money. Right in the heart of the old quarter downtown Hanoi. The Hotel is in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous Beer Street. The Staff here were amazing, they kept in contact with us from the onset of our booking, to our arrival in Hanoi. We were met at the Airport by a Taxi and taken directly to the Royal Premium. Special thanks to Anna and Đa on the front desk. Both spoke English and went out of their way to make our stay here enjoyable, giving advice on the restaurants we should visit,and attractions to see. The Royal Premium also has their own in-house Tourist booking office. We took advantage of the 5 Star 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. Amazing with a private Limo transfer. So sad to be leaving Hanoi and will definitely miss the hospitality of the Royal Premium . "

"Pleasantly surprised by this small boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter, a stone’s throw from the cathedral and surrounded by gourmet coffeehouses, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants. I got upgraded and checked in early without even asking. The room was smallish but perfectly adequate and the balcony view over to the cathedral was a bonus. The staff were super friendly and remembered and called me by my name by memory. A staff member ensured I was up early (4am) to help carry my bags 1 block to my airport taxi. The hotel restaurant was being renovated so they arranged breakfast at a sister hotel nearby. Close to the hospital and easy walking distance to the lake and many sights. Close to one of the main roads through the old quarter, making it easy to get a Grab anywhere you liked. Really enjoyed my stay."

"My family and I booked two rooms for 5 days and chose it for the great location. The staff went above and beyond during our stay- starting from a late flight check in, to ensuring our rooms were right next to each other, booking amazing day trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay, to booking a shuttle to the airport and ensuring we had coffee for our departure. We were already blown away at how attentive the staff was but after our departure to our next city it was the cherry on top. My mother forgot an item in her room. We contacted the Hotel and not only were they able to find the item in a few hours, but they also shipped it to our next hotel! My mother was elated and we are so thankful for the patience and kindness that the staff has for each guest. "
