Except reception staff everything else was terrible, they were helpful. Food was not good, terrible rooms. Looks 5 star in pictures but actually it is in poor condition.

Rosie Hillside Seaview Phu Quoc Apartment
The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid.

Luna Sol - Sunset & Firework Signature
事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。
