"Perfect hotel for our needs"

"Very clean and modern facility "

"It is in need of a lot of renovations. Carpet is gross, there was yellow liquid in our bath when we arrived and stains on the sheets. Overall met the need but wasn’t great. Pools were nice though. Ice machine was broken on our level and sink in our room was dirty. "

"I stay here everytime I go to Joshua Tree. The hotel is a great place to stay and very close to the park entrance. Check in is always super quick and the rooms are always super clean. I think they have a two night minimum when booking on Expedia as I can never get a room for just night, but on the trips whe I am staying multiple days this is the hotel I will always stay at!!"

" This was my 3rd time here and I won't be back again. First time was fine, and even economical. I enjoyed seeing a movie at the theater right next door. 2nd time started off OK. Bed and room were good, but then I filling the Jacuzzi bathtub and went out to my car to grab some different shoes. Came back to the room and my key card didn't work. Having running water going, I quickly went to the front desk (roughly 9am) and NO ONE WAS THERE! I frantically rang the bell and shouted out, but nothing....

"Check-in was slow because there was only one person to handle phone calls and checking in guests. Not his fault. He was friendly and doing his best. "

"This is my third time staying here and I love it every time. We have always lucked out with getting a room here when going to see a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. It’s the best way to do it. The rooms are always great and the staff if always very nice. I’ll definitely be staying here more."

"Near the park. They have 2 separated buildings so beware. We were in the second which is not the main, so we had to go to the main for anything we needed. Not very convenient. "

"Our family stayed there 5 days and they didn’t clean our room even once, called the front desk, requested cleaning and nothing, day three we stopped by front desk and requested cleaning again and again nothing. So we gave up and asked for bunch of clean towels I don’t think we will stay there again "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and there’s so many spa amenities to choose from that you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend! "
