Our second consecutive year staying at the Amarande, and once again the staff, facilities and food were sublime. The old adage, ‘you get what you pay for’ you are treated exceptionally well here from the reception to restaurant staff - even the bar and porters are beautiful people who go above and beyond to make your stay special. We stayed at Amarande Hotel for a week. We absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had many great options including vegetarian, gluten and lactose free. We enjoyed a few delicious lunches and cocktails at the pool restaurant. There were daily yoga, pilates or HIIT classes that we would highly recommend. We also spent a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon at the spa. If we come back to Cyprus, we will definitely be staying at Amarande Hotel. Thank you very much for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable!

Really nice hotel. Most of the staff is really amazing and the facilities fantastic. Food is really great and with a great variety every evening. Lunch menu is a bit boring and could use a daily variety. Nice quiet hotel and great for relaxation.

Amarande has it all!
Fantastic and modern. Clean, adults only and simply classy decor. The receptionists and bell man were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and a great location. ( 20 minute walk to Lovers Beach ) If I had 1 critique it was this: on our first day we ordered lunch at the pool restaurant. My wife ordered a salad and many of the leaves were rust colored. The server tried to explain that there was nothing wrong with it and all lettuce leaves are like that. Hmmm don’t think so. The lettuce at breakfast bar was perfect - for example. This turned her off from eating there again. That’s a lesson: if your customer is paying for a five star hotel then act like it. Not trying to be snarky or condescending but are you really arguing over the salad leaves and wanting to lose a five star rating cause one waitress wants to fight for her crappy wilted lettuce???? The rest of the staff was 120% professional and courteous and it made up for her. If you want it all Amarande really has it.

Fint hotell med bra läge.
Toppen hotel med jättebra och trevlig personal. Upplevde hotellet lite tråkig och tyst på kvällarna, lågmäl underhållning.Väldigt bra frukost med stort urval! Många solstolar runt poolen så det fanns alltid någon ledig. Nära stranden och ca 15 min promenad till centrum.

Nice hotel but the pool and pool towel scenario is a bit of a faff! Have to go to the gift shop everyday with your card and drop them back there to get it back - and repeat! Would be a lot easier to have them by the pool

Truly 5 * Service
Absolutely fantastic! I first stayed here when it opened in 2021 and it has improved vastly. The service is above and beyond! It really warrants a 5 star rating. Nothing is too much and it is always with a smile and extreme politeness. I will be returning mainly thanks to that. The cocktails are affordable and excellent quality which is not always the case in Ayia Napa. The room boasted a waterfall shower and smart connectivity where you can even download an app to ask housekeeping to clean your room. Comfortable and quiet as it is adults only and seems to take this seriously. Our room was not sea facing and faces another hotel but it didn't detract from the stay at all. I sincerely hope that this hotel keeps up their standards because as a Cypriot myself, it is extremely difficult to find such quality in the Ayia Napa area. Thank you again for everything and your true Cypriot hospitality. See you next year!

L'hôtel est juste magnifique 😍 le buffet au petit déjeuner et dîner incroyable !!! Je n'ai jamais aussi bien mangé!!! La classe !!! Tout était nickel au début jusqu'à la fin.

Als wir im Amarande angekommen sind wurden wir Freundlich begrüßt mit einem Schnellen Check in sowie einem Drink. Das Hotel machte direkt einen Ruihgen, schönen und seriösen Eindruck. Dad Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sowie alles andere im Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine gute Ausstattung. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht haben, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Ayia Napa. Das Frühstücksbuffet verfügte über eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Man wird am Tisch mit gutem Kaffee bedient. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein super ort zum Entspannen. Wir würden das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Service beim Frühstück oder Dinner TOP! Zimmerservice täglich, diskret, alles blitz blank! Es gibt keinen Minuspunkt, außer das wir ein Zimmer mit direkten Meerblick gebucht haben und leider nur eines mit seitlichem bekommen haben..Auf Frage direkt nach betreten des Zimmers wurde mit versichert das es ein direkter Meerblick sei, habe das leider dann hingenommen, wollte mich nicht am ersten Urlaubstag aufregen, allerdibgs am Tag der Abreise konnte ich durch Zufall in ein richtiges Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick reinschaueb! Schade, leider zu viel gezahlt…außer diesem Punkt, der sehr enttäuschend war/ist…Wirklich tolles Hotel mit tollem Essen und tollen Mitarbeitern!
