"All aspects of our stay were incredible! Room was clean, check in was seemless. Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. "Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. "

Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.
