"This was a fraud booking. I contacted Expedia and the hotel. Expedia was great about it but the hotel did not care that my credit card had been scammed and refused to cancel the booking. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank so they can investigate the issue further. Zero compassion from Novotel staff"

"The staff is fantastic, the lady in charge at the moment of my check in was really lovely and kind. There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. I felt welcomed and calm with the solution she offered."

"The hotel looked newer in the pics online than in reality but it was comfortable and close to everything we needed. The shower needed a good scrub though. There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom so my toiletries had to sit on the floor in their bag. Breakfast was great and convenient although we weren’t told how to access this on check in so ate out in the first morning.
