"Once you've found the place it's lovely!! pick up a map at the tourist info at the airport . Get off the airport bus at the bridge over the river . .the brown sign at the bottem of the street says Tamar skhirtlafze street- it's on a post hidden by tree branches as does the official blue street sign on the wall on the right. "Very nice boutique hotel with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was adequate. Heat/AC is on a central system that must be changed with the season as is typical in Europe. The deluxe king room was huge. The hotel is on a small side street that can be hard to find. It is very close to all the old town attractions. "

"Located by the Avlabari metro station. Where you can get vans to go to Yerevan. Walking distance to central area. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great made fresh, definitely not continental but traditional fare. Very filling and delicious. Highly recommend this Hotel, you won’t be disappointed."

"This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. "The only hotel I could find, toilet smelt bad, like the odor from the sewer was coming out. Towels were very rough, bed sheets had stains. There is no front desk or staff, seems like an apartment building rather than hotel. Area is covered with dogs and in a weird area "

"By far one of my favourite places to stay in Georgia. Room was spectacularly clean with two free waters, nice hotel staff. Only issue was I found what looked like ants all around the fridge and desk as I was about to check-out, likely from my open pack of skittles. So tip: dont leave any open foods, or u might end up in the same situation as I was! Still 5 stars."
