"It would be difficult I think to find anything offensive about this property and in the unlikely event you did I suspect they would clear it up before you even could finish noting it. This place is fantastic. The space, the amenities, the felling of security, the location for what we were after, and most of all by the staff who make this a luxurious and sophisticated stay that is still oddly comfortable. I don’t often stay in Four Seasons. But if they were all like this I might. Wonderful property with what appears equally excellent management and staff the property has a right to be proud of. "I love the boutique atmosphere in this hotel. The owner decorated this hotel herself. I’ve stayed here 4 times. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met in Amman, even the hotel owner. Extremely respectful and pleasant staff that are always smiling. This place definitely delivers comparative service to luxury hotels. The price is great, they food is really good. The elevator works But there are 2 big staircase are more convenient as they go right to the rooms on all floors, and they are spacious staircase. I just really like the feeling of this place."
