"Incredible!!! I had done so much research for a great hotel in Madrid and The Pestana hit the mark! While it is located in the center of a very “tourist” plaza, it is safe, quiet, and centrally located to quite literally everything. It provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Madrid. "This hotel is centrally located next to Plaza Mayor, where there are many dining and shopping options. Walking distance to the Royal Palace and other historical sites. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable bedding. Bathrooms have good showers. Staff were helpful and courteous. There was a bit of noise coming from the streets due to its central location. But overall we had a great stay!"
