"- No private spa/bath as advertised
- No check in at the reception desk, online only.
- Bed did not look properly made and the bottom frame was exposed (pic attached)
- No luggage stand or place to put a suitcase off the ground.
- Bathroom was clean
- Views over Albert Park were great."

"One bedroom suite is very good,clean and tidy. The only thing is parking is off site and no restaurants available in the hotel.Having said that,there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. Overall,excellent place for a staycation."

"ロケーションも、トラムの駅が目の前、Southern Cross駅からも徒歩圏内で申し分ない。食品の買い出しもSouthern Cross駅のスーパーで可能。
但し、キッチンの換気扇が弱く、窓を開けて調理しないと火災報知器が作動してしまいます。朝、2度もスタッフから注意を受けちゃいました。
総合的には、とても、快適な滞在先でした。"

"Where do I start. Hotel is in the middle of UNi area catering to overseas students. It’s hard to walk the local area…slow walkers with faces in phones…100s of them. Room….2nd floor…a lever supplied to open windows…when opened cooking smells flowed in…plus the noise from air conditioners deafening. Even with windows closed. Apartment had little natural light. Very odd blinds on windows that were terrible to operate. Kitchen layout bizzare…microwave at floor level…along with room safe. China and...

"Those beds are horrible, sorry mate. That’s how we all feel about them.. rooms are generally fine and have everything you need , price is unbeatableand location is excellent. It’s a shame about the balconies and most of all I’m not sure how I feel about having glass walls for the shower considering its location because you can see everything from the lounge room if someone is in there.
