" A beautiful little bed and breakfast in a Jane Austen like setting. We had the lady Jane room, a large room with plenty of space, private bath and a small pantry. Room has everything you could ask for and then some. Breakfast was prepared and readily available in the fridge and cupboards and we handled everything ourselves. We had breakfast in the extraordinary garden, what a gem of a place that was! Room did not have individual Aircon, but it was cool and nice so apparently they controlled...

"Well stocked with good quality products from toiletries to coffee/tea breakfast supplies even a 1lt. juice and milk. The only minor negative, no drinking water supplied for taking medication or middle of the night drink when you get up with a thirst . They also offered a cheaper night extra stay and a later checkout which was great."

I stayed as the city was nearly all booked out and this was a great retreat and only 25mins out of the cbd - I drive longer to get to work in melbourne. So quiet and calming really enjoyed my stay and will be back. "
