"Very clean, excellent staff, very reasonable price. All you can ask for!"

"Room was dated, beds were well worn, property has TRASH in the parking lot and around the building, Old (faded) boxes stored under the stairs, car seat and other toys on the walkway. Stairs were a hazard (concrete surface chipped away). Pillow looked like it had a dirty footprint on it. "

"Nice staff; pet friendly. Good location. Clean but could use some more updates. Newly painted but bathroom tile and curtains need update. Adjoining door to room next door needs insulation or better fit as it was very noisy when other guests were talking. Pool was murky and not a good asset visually. Just an off season cover may have helped. "

"They made a mistake and booked the wrong day. When I attempted to show proof, they refused to look at the correct booking on my phone. Refused to give a refund or make it right by giving us a room for the correct date. Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Had to dispute the charge with my bank."

"Bed uncomfortable, walls not soundproofed. Too noisy, tvs too loud with normal volume from adjacent rooms. Overall not a comfortable environment. "

"I was so disappointed! We walked up to the older woman I said hey how are you literally no response. She sat there for 5 minutes not saying a word to me. She finally said name? Then just demanded my ID and card. Not that this was a problem but instead of can I see your ID and card she said ID and card. Then she just tossed them on the counter when she was done. Check in took 20-30 minutes. We got there late everyone was so exhausted and this long wait did not help! We went straight to bed when...

"Very friendly staff. And clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast it could use some work. The lady keeping up with it was wonderful but the food wasn’t very good! I do believe they put waffle batter in with the country gravy! And the bacon wasn’t cooked good even for hotel breakfast. "

"The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The only complaint I would have is the trash can in the front of the hotel was overflowing. I don’t think it was emptied any of the 3 days we stayed there. "

"sorry to say the room was dirty. sheets had hairs and had not been replaced. bathroom paper on floor. furniture dusty. cockroaches. We were so tired from traveling 12 hours and so late at night that we just put our coats on top of the sheets to sleep til we could try to get a refund in the morning. unfortunately no refund from the hotel or expedia. "
