"The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX."

"Great location. We like visiting breweries and there are several that are very close. One was directly across the street. The place was not fancy, but neither are we. It was clean and comfortable."

"Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year."

"Great experience. Parking was somewhat annoying as the only spot available was 9 floors up. Incredible staff. Note that this hotel consists of multiple floors in a residential building. The units are huge and well appointed. Would stay again."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!"

"Customer service was horrible. We checked in and didn’t like the room. They did not give the refund even though we didn’t stay for a minute. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank."

"Comfortable"

"It’s a beautiful historical building with the comfort ie-est pillows and bed. Super convenient location especially for film or tv festivals. Unfortunately there was no real fridge or microwave. The fridge that is there is like one that used to hold drinks however it’s so small that my go-to box from Roaring Fork didn’t fit. I had to put it on its side to get it to fit."

"Unique bunk beds weee perfect for the kids. They still are talking about the stay. Location perfect for Thinkery visit and great food options right outside hotel door."

"The property is going through a renovation, so it should be given some forgiveness. I had an enjoyable stay and it was lovely. There were a couple of glitches, but nothing horrible. The pool was nice, but the rooms were AMAZING! It truly was a lovely stay."

"The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street."
