"This was the perfect hotel to stay at if you want to enjoy Bayeux and the regional sites like the D-Day beaches and Mont. St. Michel. The staff was lovely, room clean and the grounds were lovely. We spent one night sitting outside by the river that flows through the property. Highly recommend!!"

"First of all Bayeaux is one of the most charming towns we visited in France. The location of the Declic hotel is the best in town. You are across the street from the weekly massive market. The market was better than most I've seen in big cities--fresh fish, freshly baked bread, fruit and vegetables galore, tons of cooked food, cheese, meats and lots of hot prepared food too. "We had a wonderful stay at Ferme de la Rançonnière and would absolutely recommend it. The property is beautiful, full of history, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
