"My stay was incredible. However, the discrepancies between the posted shuttle schedule at the front desk and the actual schedule were hard to deal with. Created some issues trying to go back and forth to the parks. Other than that, no issues."

"Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children."

"Check in went very smoothly. The bed was a giant circle which was fun but also a little unexpected. This was definitely a small suite, and the view of the Eiffel Tower felt underwhelming. The sink was clogged so we had to pull the stopper out of the drain. Some of the outlets didn’t work so we had to charge phones across the room on the floor. "The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...

"Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. USB plugs, espresso maker, water, soda, chips and a little welcome half bottle of wine. LIved the pool and steam room. I did not take advantage of breakfast but peeked into the room and it smelled and looked good. Well situated for me. I walker everywhere. Also got last minute reservation when my then current travel mate did not work out. Bathroom and shower clean modern good water. I would go back again"
