I checked in with a small problem on my account from their end and they ended up upgrading my room to the top studio with a balcony, truly amazing and thankful they resolved my issue super fast. Will definitely come back and stay again!"

"We booked the wrong date (still a week in advance), and shortly after booking (within hours), we contacted the company to have our dates changed. After numerous emails and calls between Expedia as well as the Brera group, all we needed was for Brera to agree to cancel the booking - Then we could've booked the following weekend for the price difference (which was more money for them). At first, they seemed amicable to the solution and agreed to help. After several days of AI generated responses,...

"The unit was very nicely finished and worked well for a family with the layout and beds. Really good location too. However, the apartment was really hot, even in mid-September - I saw this commented on in other reviews but thought by this time of year it would be okay, but I was wrong. The apartment is at street level and the ‘windows’ are effectively full length doors, making it a risk to leave them open. "Just a few blocks from HBf, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable (bed on the softer side vs super firm), and kitchenette for basic meal prep. Nespresso coffee machine, with pods, creamers (incl Oat-Ly), sugar, and teas provided. Lidl grocery store across the street. Lots of nearly-instant hot water, nice shower and soap, shampoo, lotion dispensers provided. All in all, a good stay and will visit again soon."
