"Great place to stay close to shopping, restaurants and bus station, very close to bars and downtown area, staff was polite and helpful, overall property clean and modern, small rooms but all around Europe is the same except when you are in a big hotel but very confy, needs to work on towels are very wear down but everything else it was great"

"Great hotel - second time here. Rooms are big, modern and very clean. Shower in bathroom is fabulous. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast options with lovely freshly-squeezed ornage juice available. Front desk staff are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. Only slight negative is that the service in the rooftop bar could be better - too slow and not hugely friendly."

"Everything At Hotel Cervantes was excellent! The breakfast, location, my clean room and the staff. Rosario and Alfonso at the hotel check in were so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights."
