"Nice, clean hotel, great staff! Dining options a little disappointing as there is only one restaurant and too far from other establishments to walk anywhere else to eat. Having a shuttle was nice, but 35 minutes between shuttle service requires planning ahead to make flights."

"I loved your Hotel and location. No airport shuttle, I did message your hotel but no one replied to my messages. I picked up a taxi but it was very expensive. Recommend that you monitor your message board. Out of the 4 hotels I booked on the South Island yours was the only one that didn't reply back. As a solo traveler that was important for me. "

"Clean modern rooms. A little hard to navigate as checkin reception is on second floor. Check out time is earlier than other hotels, at 10am. They have good luggage storage facilities."
