Excellent location directly across the road from Rainbows End, and a short walk to Countdown supermarket and Westfield mall. There’s an excellent Valentines restaurant across the car park too. We were able to park up and walk everywhere we needed to go. And it was just a minute’s drive to the motorway on ramp, which was great for me because I don’t like negotiating city roads.
Our family room was huge. There was a couch, table, bed, kitchen and full bathroom downstairs, and another 2 beds and toilet upstairs. It was great for the kids to have their own space and useful having a separate toilet upstairs so no one needed to go down the stairs in the dark at night.
Staff were nice and the traffic noise was ok with the windows shut.
The only complaints I would have is that there wasn’t a hook or rail to hang shower towels from in the two bathrooms, and the tv didn’t work properly (static noises and picture every couple of seconds, whatever the channel).
But I would stay again because of the location and spaciousness.
