A very spacious 1 bed apartment. Excellent kitchen, comfy sofa, comfy bed, and a great shower. The room was very clean and all the staff were super friendly. After hours check-in was quick and simple too. A 10-15 minute walk to Britomart with a slight hill near the end. Perfect for us but easy in an uber if not.

All staff were outstanding - nothing was too difficult or too much for them. The underground parking (access was a very steep and very small tunnel leading under the house - big cars are not adviced- the damage on the walls caused by bigger cars is telling a story!) finishes at 1 pm - my meeting finished at 1.30 pm and there was no issue overstaying for a bit. I forgot my charger in the apartment: it was found, photographed and put in the lost property box where I could retrieve it on my return.

The place was quiet and within walking distance of the harbour. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining area in the suite. The staff were friendly and provided suggestions on restaurants. We liked the $15 breakfast that you can order.
