It was a great location but unfortunately that was all that was good about this place. Beds were uncomfortable, stains on under pillows and generally unclean. It was very loud with people drinking and partying in the communal kitchens. Kitchens were very busy and not very clean. No room in fridges and utensils were few and far between. No where to store larger bags/suitcases. You can get your own room with an en suite just down the road for only a few pounds more!

I was looking for a not too expensive, good kitchen, clean bathroom for long term stay. I finally settle down at this hostel after stayed at two other nearby hostels.

I have stayed at this hostel for few months already. I enjoy my stay and will stay longer. Two kitchens, bathrooms are clean. Helpful staff. Near by Public Transport ,restaurants, bars,shops.

Next to auckland biggest entertainment complex Skycity. Few minutes walk to bus stops, close to train station. Few minutes walk to famouse shopping and dining area Queen Street. All area inside the hostel are ver clean and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful.

Very close to public transport. lots restaurants, entertainment bars and shops around the hostel. You won't get bored day and night. All area inside the hostel are very clean and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful.

Reserve y pague por adelantado una habitacion para 2 personas. Cuando llegue al alojamiento, primero querian cobrarme nuevamente porque decian que no estaba pago, por mas que les mostraba la copia impresa de la reserva pagada, y hasta el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de credito donde constaba el pago. Luego de eso me decian que mi reserva era en una habitacion de 8. Por mas que les mostre el comprobante, me decian que el error era de hotels.com. llame a hotels.com y tampoco me solucionaron el tema. Nadie se hizo cargo del error, y terminaron poniendome en la PEOR habitacion del alojamiento, ni siquiera el encargado tuvo la habilidad de manejar el tema y bus
