We found upwards of 5 cockroaches in our room. The kettle would boil but not switch off, the cooktop did not work, there was no plug for the kitchen sink for dishes and we requested a portacot which came with no lining or base so could not be used for our baby.

Would not stay again. Holiday park really run down, a lot of permanent residents. Reception was lovely, offered upgrade at cheaper rate but overall below average.

My room looked clean and tidy but I found hair in the bathroom, carpet and on a pillow. An electrical socket was coming off the wall, the electric blanket lead had exposed wires. I thought the bed was comfortable.

The tv didn’t work and the manager wouldn’t agree to a discount of any sort and gave a couple of excuses why tv wasn’t working which weren’t very believable.

For the room, no AC especially since it was summer. The fact you had to pay for a shower. Showers/toilet were clean. Kitchen clean. Tv room was very uninviting. It had a gross smell. Pool - couldn’t see the bottom. Two night stay ended with a one night.Uncomfortable stay and feeling about the whole complex. Did not like it. Would not recommend. Would not re-book. Unhappy.

Very Comfortable but 2 downfalls

Stayed here during my friend's Engagement Party, the room I had with the Spa is incredibly awesome, having a Spa twice a day, everyday until it was time to go home! Having a nice big bed to myself was very comfortable! Wifi....unfortunately cost so much money, I ended up going to Burger King to purchase a Kid's meal just to use their WiFi. No air conditioning in the bathroom, need ventilation in the bathroom, as well as room need air conditioning. Had the fan going all day and night as it was too hot and stuffy. But otherwise a weekend away was worth it.

room had fleas had buy a can mortein also tv only had three channels office lady said all rooms the same.When you pay $160 for a suite 1 room apartment that look nothing like photo. outdated needed a paint and room smelt bed and couch uncomfortadle would not stay here again

We liked that this was reasonably priced accommodation near Devonport. Room layout was spacious, comfortable beds, good kitchen in room. No outside noise overnight. In then bathroom the shower drain was blocked, and the toilet cistern dripped noisily overnight. Also had to turn noisy fridge off overnight to sleep. When I let reception know about the shower drain they were very apologetic, bit wouldn't be able to fix until morning, after we checked out. Unfortunate circumstances, but annoying for us.

swimmimg pool wasn’t the cleanest, jumped out of there with rashes everywhere.. receptionist plain rude and don’t look like they like the job their in! Don’t wanna talk to people your in the wrong job mate!!!!! Room was nice beds were comfortable! People were nice. Other then that algoods!

The stuff of nightmares

Paid for a private room. No bathroom, had to pay to use showers, internet was charged at $10/gB but cut out early, smelly room, so cramped it felt like a refugee camp.

Never going back to this place again. Apon arrival we where ask to pay a bond after we had already paid online, there was nothing online stating a bond needed to be paid. Then went to use kitchen and there was absolutely no cutlery no pots and pans to use, we had to hire them, then went to use shower and had to pay to have a shower. Was shocking. The place looks and feels rundown. Room are small as bed are hard ae. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. The only good thing was they where able to change my booking when i had put wrong dates in after how many phone calls tho. Up your stantards.
