"My friend and I stayed at the Ardoe house for one night. We booked an Executive double, King bed and stayed on a Thursday night in June. The hotel overall was pretty quite, the outside grounds were beautiful. Our bed was very firm, but also expected anywhere outside of the US. We made a table reservation at the restaurant, and were the only ones there. Food was ok, if you have the means to get back into town there are likely better options. "Beautiful place. We loved the fact that it's 799 years old, thinking about all the people that have come and gone before us enjoying the same space. Pretty grounds right on the river Dee. Old cemetery and remains of a chapel right behind for exploring. Natural beauty all around. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a suite and everything met our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Also love that they have a vegan menu in their restaurant! 🌱💚"

"Only stayed for one night as in the area for business purposes. Had an evening meal in the bar area and the food was excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all amenities provided. "This stay was just exceptional in every way. The property was beautiful. The views were fantastic. There was easy access to walk along the river into town. The breakfasts were phenomenal. "We had an amazing stay at Crawfield Grange. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help us, whether it was things to do or where to eat.
