"The best part about our stay was the amazing location inside the ancient walls of Mont Saint-Michel. We had easy access to the city, restaurants, shopping, and all the sightseeing too. There is no air-conditioning and our room was very warm with the summer heat wave. They didn’t have any fans either so it was a challenging night for most of our family. So basically a 5-star for location but a more “rustic” 3-star experience in terms of the rooms."

Auberge de la Baie

"Auberge de la Baie is the closest hotel on the mainland to Mont Saint Michel. It was easy to walk to the bus lot from the hotel. The hotel had a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. When we realized that there were not restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, the staff helped us order a delivery from a restaurant. Added bonus, there is a sheep farm nearby with some very cute lambs."
