My family has been going through an extremely rough year. Our son was recently diagnosed with cerebral ataxia, and my mother-in-law is battling cancer. Stress has been high, and this trip was supposed to give us a little break. Diana made that possible. Her compassion and thoroughness meant more than she could ever know. also to the night, Manager Dylan I believe that’s his name. It was 11 PM when we spoke with them on Saturday night that he was able to fix the issues given us a free complementary night for future visit. We truly hope managers and corporate see this and recognize what a gem they have on their team. Diana, and Dylan the manager at guest services thank you for making a hard season just a little bit brighter for our family. Your kindness made all the difference."
