The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. The staff at the pool were so friendly and attentive. Wonderful dinner and service at the award winning Beef Bar too. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!!"

"Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. "The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "Great stay. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the aircon not switching off, but it was resolved as soon as we asked. Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Only downside was the noise from the bar (we were on floor 3), didn’t bother us too much but was noticeable and went on quite late, so could bother others."
