"My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. "This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment.
