Staff was amazing! We had no issues at all, breakfast was nice, the room was nice and perfectly clean! There was some road construction so getting there was a tad confusing the first time but it was easy enough once I saw the area better in daylight and that’s not the hotels fault anyway. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly, there’s always parking & they have security which is nice & it’s a great location. However, the room is old fashioned and needs an upgrade! Stains in the carpet & dirty surfaces, raggedy toilet seat etc. I wouldn’t stay here again, spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer!

We tried 4!!! Rooms before getting in a room that still was not up to par! This is very disappointing. Atlanta is a very busy place. Things become very expensive. I booked this in advance to get a discount on what I could actually afford. I didn’t expect it to be a five star hotel but it was very very very poor condition the condition of each room that we looked at was horrible. The sheets blankets had blood stains. Air conditioning was leaking in another room. It was big puddles of water everywhere. The third room blankets were dirty again there was a very stale moldy smell in each room the fourth room that we finally settled on was only because I could not find anything within our budget. There was gaps in the ceiling. There was mold all around the air conditioning vent. The room was literally damp when we came into the room if we would be gone for the day, there was no soap in our room. We had to ask for towels. There was a very, very unsecure and safe window in our room where if you touched it, it literally moved and we were on the ninth floor. The only good thing in the room was the TV was huge. Other than that this experience was absolutely horrific

I had a very seamless stay here! The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was pretty standard, and the pool was nice. Biggest issue the whole time was the area around the hotel, which was difficult to navigate due to construction. Would stay here again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The only thing is it looks terrible from the outside and there’s always a cop car sitting in front just gives the wrong idea. Great breakfast amazing rooms.

We were booked into someone else’s room! I don’t know what else to say about that other than who’s to say it won’t happen again or hasn’t happened before. The hallways and doors were all filthy and when we came downstairs to talk to the lady at the desk there were cops and full out domestic going on, then we waited for 10 minutes for the lady at the front desk and finally found her outside smoking. She offered to refund my money when we said we’d like to cancel our stay and then told Expedia something different so we’re left paying for a room we didn’t use and then we were late for the baseball game and had to find another hotel. Honestly just find a better place to go!! This was absolutely disgusting and the customer service was terrible too.

I reserved a room here a month ahead because my daughter is having spinal surgery and we were there for her pre-op appointment the next day. Mind you, we were coming from 5 hours away. We arrived close to midnight. We had cash for the room and asked could the $50 deposit be put on the card. The black feminine dude was rude. Like his tone was very unprofessional when he stated and i quote" NO it has to be on a card". He wouldnt even do it on 2 cards. I get if thats their policy but for him to sound angry at me like i wasted hus time is beyond me. We leave and go to the red roof inn and they were able to get at least a little rest. All im saying is you never know what a person is going through. I understand you have a job but as a human try have empathy for people. I definitely will never book there again and will not be recommending to anyone!!

The staff was super helpful. Kudos to the front desk team! The pool was nice, the room was nice, and it was close to other things. Some of the channels were off-line, but there were enough to choose from. The bed mattress was way too hard, though. It was like sleeping on the ground. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The debris from the ceiling was on ice container and sink and a lot of other areas. A lot of the ceiling had water stains . The whole room was dusty and smelled very old . Way too expensive for such poor quality hotel . I would never stay here again . Even the sign of the hotel was covered . Many reviews said the breakfast would be good , and the breakfast was awful ! Again I would never stay here , I rather sleep in my car . The workers were very nice though .

We had 2 rooms and only stayed 2 nights. The building definitely looked older, but we didn't mind that. We did experienced roaches in both of our rooms. We saw them in one room on the first night. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room. We didn't have any issues in the new room. We also found roaches in the other original room on our second night. It was very late when we saw them, and the front desk was willing to give us another new room. We had too much stuff and didn't feel like moving everything since we were leaving the next morning. We decided to stay and just take precautions. The staff gave us a discount for the inconvenience.
