It was a rough week. A huge thank you to the staff Thank you guys for being the best part of this long week.
Birigette, Lorain, Tony,and Alex were so amazing. The kindness you all have showed me in such a stressful week has helped me find happiness in the chaos.
The hotel sucked (not your fault) lol but engineering, hospitality, and front desk really make the experience 10 damn stars this star rating is based off the quality of service not the hotel itself which was old and outdated.
The staff deserves all raises and recognition for being the best part of this hotel. The staff can’t control the conditions of the hotel but they really delivered a Ritz Carlton experience. Thank you
