While the room advertises central heat and air there was no way for us to adjust the temperature. We had no way to contact the person who had access to the thermostat. The room was too cold for us . So we left after a few minutes and never stayed in the unit. I have tried to get a refund from the management to no avail. So I am out the cost of 4 nights for a room that was unlivable for us. Any help you could towards getting a complete refund would be aappreciated. The unit management company, Evolve, only offered less than 10% back which I do not consider adequate compensation. Thanks for any assistance you can give.
